Our story

From workshop to international supply partner.

  1. 1999
Founded in Kucukcekmece, Istanbul, producing denim and basic woven for the domestic market.
  2. 2008
First long-term export partnerships with private-label buyers abroad. Focus shifts to documented quality.
  3. 2016
Moved to a buying-office model: in-house development and QC, production placed with vetted partners.
  4. Today
Knit and woven programs for Germany, France, the Netherlands and the UK, under the CNL Tex brand.
How we work

Three things we try to be honest about.

Scope over scale

Medium-run private label, not fast-fashion bulk. We turn down programs we cannot finish cleanly.

Reliability over promises

Our lead times and capacity are the numbers we actually hit. If a date slips, you hear it from us first.

Long-term partnerships

Our longest buyer relationships are measured in decades. That is what we are building with new partners.

Family-owned, with a working team behind it.
Leadership

Family-owned, with a working team behind it.

CNL Tex is led by the founding family; the third generation runs merchandising, production and QC day to day, backed by senior merchandisers, pattern engineers and QC leads.

We do not publish headshots. We are happy to introduce the people who would work on your account on a call.

Scale and capacity

What we can actually produce.

Combined, audited capacity across our team and partners. Figures are indicative; exact allocation depends on season.

Compliance

Audits and certifications we work to.

Partner factories are selected on social and environmental audits. Programs include:

  • BSCI
Social compliance audits covering working hours, wages and workplace safety.
  • OEKO-TEX Standard 100
Testing for harmful substances on fabrics and trims used in finished garments.
  • GOTS
Available on request for certified organic cotton programs.

Active certificates vary per partner and program. Current PDFs shared with buyers under NDA.
